Meta AI surfaces deleted photos and old details about woman's kids on Facebook

Robbins said the AI connected separate posts from years ago, including a newborn picture from her mother's page and a deleted image, to assemble a profile of her children. She also alleged the AI suggested a question about her home address, linking past and current locations, despite the video containing no location data. The video has triggered online reactions, with users expressing alarm over AI's ability to piece together public information and calling for stronger privacy laws. Robbins stated she is removing identifiable pictures of her kids and asking family to do the same, though she noted deletion may not fully solve the issue.
