Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 prototype tests V8 engine in the Alps

The Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 prototype was spotted testing its V8 engine in the Alps, towing a trailer to evaluate braking and cooling systems. This rigorous testing confirms the return of the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, expected to deliver over 600 horsepower, significantly outperforming the current CLE 53's six-cylinder engine. The CLE is also receiving minor cosmetic updates, including revised lighting and grille, and interior enhancements like a wider dash display and a new steering wheel design.
