Measles cases are rising in New South Wales, Australia, with 17 cases reported so far in 2025. This is close to surpassing the 18 cases reported during all of 2024. Most of the infections this year were linked to international travel. Eleven cases involved people returning from countries with ongoing measles outbreaks, with eight of those from Vietnam.
