Mat Yeung’s Malaysia roast meat restaurant shut 10 days after opening
Hong Kong actor Mat Yeung's newly opened roast meat restaurant in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, was ordered to close on Aug 24, just 10 days after opening, due to alleged licensing and premises breaches. The closure notice cited issues with the restaurant's licence and use of the premises. Six Hub Roast House, which opened Aug 14, will remain closed for two days for rectification works and plans to resume operations Aug 26. The restaurant apologized on social media, explaining part of its kitchen had occupied public space. Yeung told Sing Tao Headline that authorities found items placed in the back alley and asked him to move them to a warehouse. Opening the restaurant fulfilled a life aspiration for the 45-year-old TVB actor, who joined the network's training class in 1998.
