Marcos provides aid to families affected by fire in Isla Puting Bato

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. provided food packs and cash to families affected by a large fire in Isla Puting Bato, Tondo, Manila. The fire displaced around 2,000 families and destroyed at least 1,000 homes, causing damages estimated at P2 million. During the aid distribution at Rosauro Almario Elementary School, Marcos announced that each food pack would last three to four days. He also mentioned that additional support would be available if needed. The cash aid of P10,000 is intended for other essential needs. Marcos brought a medical team to assist those in need and promised to help rebuild homes by Christmas. He assured families that the government would continue to provide support during their recovery.
