Mangaluru police seize ₹73 lakh in hydro weed and arrest man for drug trafficking

Mangaluru police arrested P.K. Shameer, 42, for allegedly transporting narcotic drugs from Goa to Mangaluru and Kerala. Officers seized 738 grams of hydro weed valued at ₹73 lakh, along with a car and a mobile phone. The arrest followed a tip-off, leading police to stop Shameer's vehicle near a temple. Investigators believe he obtained the drugs from abroad.
