M&S introduces gluten-free Colin the Caterpillar cake

M&S has launched a gluten-free version of its iconic Colin the Caterpillar cake. The new cake is suitable for coeliacs and was developed after thousands of customer requests. It costs £9.50 and is the only gluten-free rolled sponge celebration cake available on the high street. The launch follows significant investment in a dedicated production facility to prevent cross-contamination, and M&S aims to meet the demand from its gluten-free customer base.
