A man was jailed for over two years for stealing a handbag containing a Faberge egg and watch worth nearly $3 million from a London pub. The victim's handbag, containing the valuable items and other personal belongings, was stolen from outside the Dog and Duck pub in November 2024. The thief later attempted to use the victim's bank cards. The Faberge egg and watch, part of a limited series, have not been recovered. The man pleaded guilty to theft and fraud, citing homelessness and addiction.
