Man believed dead after police encounter found alive and on the run in Rajasthan

A 24-year-old man, Rudresh, who was thought to be dead after a police encounter, has been found alive and is still on the run. He allegedly shot himself in the face but escaped before police arrived. The body taken to the mortuary was misidentified as another criminal, Pritam Goswami, due to the condition of the face. CCTV footage confirmed Rudresh fled the scene just before police arrived. Rudresh is wanted for a shooting incident involving a paan shop owner's brother. Police have arrested one of his accomplices, but efforts to capture Rudresh continue.
