Man arrested for alleged rape at London's Groucho Club

A man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a woman at London's Groucho Club. The alleged incident occurred on November 13. The 34-year-old suspect from Hertfordshire is currently in police custody. Westminster City Council closed the club last month after the police reported a serious crime had taken place there. The club's license has been suspended for up to 28 days, pending a full hearing. The police stated that there is no indication that any staff members were involved in the alleged crime.
