Man acquitted of sexual exhibition in Luneray, found guilty in Offranville near Dieppe

A 78-year-old man was judged for sexual exhibition during massages near Dieppe. He is accused of exposing himself during two massage sessions in 2024, one in Offranville and another in Luneray. The defendant claims his genitals accidentally emerged due to ill-fitting disposable underwear and his difficulty staying still after knee surgery. The court acquitted him for the Luneray incident but found him guilty for the Offranville events, imposing a ban from the salon and ordering him to pay €800 in damages. The victim, 19 at the time, has not resumed her massage activity.
