Malappuram ethical hacker Pranav P. Ramesh joins NASA Hall of Fame

Kerala ethical hacker Pranav P. Ramesh has been inducted into NASA's Hall of Fame after responsibly disclosing security flaws, prompting NASA to strengthen security. Ramesh, from Vairankode in Malappuram, identified weaknesses that skilled hackers could have exploited to access sensitive information. A licensed ethical hacker, he examined NASA's website out of professional curiosity and reported the vulnerabilities instead of exploiting them. Ramesh previously identified similar vulnerabilities in Google and Lenovo systems, earning recognition and cash rewards. He warned that sensitive data misused by malicious hackers could be sold on the dark web.
