Athens, Thessaloniki suburbs, and southern Attica also show significant interest. The top countries driving demand are the USA, Germany, the UK, Bulgaria, Serbia, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. For Greek buyers, Attica's coastline is popular, with the highest average asking prices in Saronida at €3,200/sq.m., Anavyssos at €2,941/sq.m., and Porto Rafti at €2,667/sq.m. More affordable options include Eretria at €1,635/sq.m. and Kalamos at €1,615/sq.m. The largest price increases are in Porto Rafti (14.7%) and Palaia Fokaia (14.3%).
