Maine Trust for Local News announces leadership changes in newsroom

The Maine Trust for Local News has announced new leadership changes in its newsroom. Executive Editor Carolyn Fox, who joined in September, shared the updates in a memo to staff. Scott Monroe has been promoted to managing editor for the entire Maine Trust, overseeing production and a digital team. Julia Arenstam and John Richardson are now co-managing editors of the Press Herald, managing reporters and editors in Portland. Meg Robbins has been named deputy managing editor of the Press Herald, focusing on business and food coverage. These changes aim to enhance collaboration and support emerging leaders within the organization.
