Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde opens Chheda Nagar flyover to ease Mumbai traffic
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde inaugurated the Chheda Nagar flyover in Mumbai, aimed at reducing traffic congestion at a key intersection on the Eastern Express Highway. This development marks a significant step in improving local infrastructure. Shinde also attended the inaugural landing of the IAF C-295 at the newly named Lokneta DB Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport. He highlighted the airport's potential benefits for the community and noted that it will be the largest airport in the region. Earlier, Shinde discussed Mumbai's potential to become a 1.5 trillion dollar economy, following a meeting with NITI Aayog officials. He mentioned eight sectors identified for development to help achieve this economic goal.
