Maharajganj to divide polling stations with over 1,200 voters

Polling stations with over 1,200 voters in Maharajganj will be divided to shorten lines and ensure peaceful elections. District Magistrate Gaurav Singh Sogarwal announced this directive from the Election Commission during a meeting with political party representatives. Suggestions from parties are due by July 1. The list of new polling stations, determined by assembly constituencies, will be published on July 4 and distributed to all recognized political parties.
