A magnitude 4 earthquake struck Ilocos Norte, Philippines, on Thursday evening. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported the quake occurred at 7:12 p.m., with its epicenter northeast of Pasaquin. Intensity I was felt in Laoag City and Pasaquin. The earthquake was tectonic and occurred at a depth of eight kilometers. No damage or aftershocks are expected.
