Madhya Pradesh farmers learn modern orchard techniques in Lucknow

A delegation of mango farmers from Madhya Pradesh visited a Lucknow orchard to learn about innovative and sustainable tropical fruit cultivation. The farmers, supported by the UP tourism department, studied exotic mango varieties and learned about advanced farming techniques from a national award-winning grower. They focused on high-density planting, organic methods, and pest control. The visit included a tour of a historic mango tree and exploration of dragon fruit and sandalwood farming, aiming to boost orchard income through modern practices.
