Ludhiana man loses 16 lakh to alleged visa fraudsters

A man from Ludhiana lost Rs 16 lakh to two alleged travel agents who promised to secure him a US visa. After receiving the money in installments, the agents failed to deliver the visa and delayed responses. The victim, Manpreet Singh, filed a police complaint after months of waiting and being given false promises. The accused, Gurmukh Singh and Varinderpal Singh, have been identified and are suspected of operating without proper authorization. Police have registered a case against them for cheating and criminal conspiracy. Authorities plan to arrest the suspects soon.
