Loy Sing, the longest continually run Chinese business in North America, has a new owner. After 136 years, Daniel Zheng has sold the restaurant to Zhen Zeng and Qiu Heu, who plan to maintain its traditional operations. Zeng and Heu, both experienced in the restaurant industry, aim to keep the menu largely unchanged. Zheng will assist them for a month to ensure a smooth transition. While they intend to preserve the cash-only policy, Zeng mentioned the possibility of adding a debit machine in the future.
