Londrina seeks developers for 2,649 affordable homes through Minha Casa, Minha Vida program

Londrina launched a public call for companies to build 2,649 affordable housing units under the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program. The initiative aims to benefit over 10,000 low-income residents, with subsidized monthly payments ranging from R$80 to R$330. Beneficiaries of Bolsa Família and BPC will receive full exemption. This project further solidifies Londrina's position as a national leader in social housing, with construction expected to begin in April 2026.
