London's V&A East Storehouse opens to the public

The V&A East Storehouse, designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro, opens in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Saturday, offering a new museum experience. The Storehouse, part of the East Bank cultural quarter, will house over 250,000 objects and 350,000 books across four levels, providing public access to the museum's working storage. Visitors can engage with collections spanning various creative disciplines. The facility also features a "Order an Object" service and daily "Object Encounters," offering unique access to the V&A's extensive collection. The project is also featured at the Venice Biennale.
