Local engineers create modernized pocketknife, parent challenges school board, and mug thrown at vehicle west of Stratford

Local engineers have created the "Smith Blade," a modernized pocketknife designed to compete with established multi-tools. The "Smith Blade" was developed by Hacksmith Industries in Cambridge, Ontario, and funded by a record-breaking Canadian Kickstarter campaign that raised $15 million. The company aims to produce 40,000 pre-ordered blades and hopes to eventually offer various models to the public.
