hackaday.com

A life-size, drivable LEGO Technic dune buggy has been 3D-printed and assembled. The project is based on the 1981 LEGO Technic 8845 Dune Buggy, scaled up 10.42 times. It features a single-seater design with a central steering wheel and weighs 102 kg. The buggy was printed using PLA with a large nozzle and belt FDM printer. It is powered by an electric motor driving the rear axle, and despite some performance and durability issues, it functions better than expected.
