Lenny Tavárez gets engaged as Piso 21 continues as a trio and Latin GRAMMY Foundation launches scholarship

Piso 21 announced it will continue as a trio after member Lorduy's departure. Founding members David Escobar, Juan David Huertas, and Pablo Mejía expressed gratitude to fans and promised to deliver more music. Lenny Tavárez proposed to his girlfriend Natasha Nazario on January 2 in Venezuela. The couple, along with their two children, celebrated the engagement, which Tavárez shared on social media. The Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation launched its first Emerging Artist Scholarship, worth $275,000. This scholarship will support a student at Berklee College of Music for the 2025 fall semester, with applications open until April 10, 2025.
