Lennar names Las Vegas project "The Preserve."

Lennar Corp. has named its new Las Vegas community "The Preserve," set to open in 2028 on the former Badlands golf course. The project will feature 1,480 residential units, including townhomes, condos, and single-family homes, on approximately 250 acres. The city purchased the property for $636 million and sold it to Lennar for $350 million, costing taxpayers $286 million after prior litigation.
