League of Legends to launch new seasonal model with Welcome to Noxus in 2025

League of Legends will change its seasonal model starting in 2025, introducing three story-driven seasons each year. The first season, Welcome to Noxus, begins in January and will connect gameplay updates and new champions to its narrative. Each season will last about 16 weeks and include two battle passes, one free and one paid. Ranked play will still reset annually in January, allowing players to earn a Victorious skin by winning 15 ranked games. The new season will feature a jungle boss named Atakhan, who will alter the map's terrain. Other bosses will have adjusted spawn times. Additionally, a visual update for champion Viktor is now available, aligning him with the character from the Arcane series.
