Lawsuit alleges Chicago schools ignored sexual abuse signs from security guard

A new lawsuit alleges that Chicago Public Schools staff ignored signs of sexual abuse involving a student and a former security guard, Tywain Carter, who pleaded guilty to assault charges last year. The lawsuit claims that Carter frequently took the student out of class and that six school employees failed to report his behavior, despite knowing it violated school policies.
