Preparations for Las Vegas' New Year’s Eve fireworks show are in full swing. Crews are working on rooftops, ensuring the event, titled “Making Vegas Memories,” runs smoothly. Over 400,000 people are expected to attend this year. For the first time, the Sphere will join the fireworks display, syncing its countdown with eight participating hotels. The show will feature 12,000 circuits and last eight minutes, starting at midnight. Safety measures include pre-approved plans from the Clark County Fire Department and firefighters stationed on rooftops. Crews are carefully placing mortar racks and shells to create the desired patterns in the sky.
