Kolhapur Circuit Bench begins August 18

The Bombay High Court has issued the sitting list for its new Kolhapur Circuit Bench, commencing operations on August 18, 2025. The bench will handle a wide range of civil and criminal cases from Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Solapur, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg districts. Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai will inaugurate the bench on August 17. Priority will be given to urgent matters, including those involving senior citizens and long-pending criminal appeals.
