Kobe select market brings gourmet food and goods to Matsuyama department store

A "Kobe Select Market" featuring gourmet food and goods from Kobe has opened at a department store in Matsuyama, Ehime. The event, held at Iyotetsu Takashimaya, showcases over 50 vendors, including five new participants, offering popular Kobe-area delicacies, shoes, and bags. Highlights include seafood jars and artisanal gelato made with local produce. The market, which aims to bring Kobe's charm to Ehime, runs until March 10th and features unique sweets like caramel brulee millefeuille and tofu-flavored gelato.
