Kerala youth's organ donation saves three lives in Goa

A 22-year-old man from Kerala, who died in a road accident, has become the third organ donor in Goa this week. His kidneys and liver were successfully donated, saving three lives. The kidneys were given to two men in Goa, while the liver was transported to a hospital in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Green corridors were established for the safe transport of the organs. This donation marks the eighth case under SOTTO Goa, which has facilitated numerous organ transplants since 2019. Six kidney transplants were performed in Goa over the past week.
