Kenny Pickett to compete for Browns' starting quarterback job
Kenny Pickett has joined the Cleveland Browns and will compete for the starting quarterback position in 2025. The Browns traded a fifth-round pick and quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson to acquire him from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pickett, 26, is currently the only healthy quarterback on the Browns' roster, as Deshaun Watson is recovering from an injury. He expressed excitement about the opportunity and is open to the team signing a veteran quarterback. The Browns have not yet signed a free agent quarterback this offseason and are meeting with Russell Wilson. Despite the possibility of the Browns drafting another quarterback, Pickett remains focused on proving himself.
