Katrina Velarde removes nose implant due to complication

Singer Katrina Velarde had to cancel public appearances and undergo surgery to remove a nose implant due to a complication. Velarde revealed the implant removal was necessary after experiencing issues years after the initial silicone implant. She had to cancel performances, including a planned appearance at a 98 Degrees concert. This was Velarde's second nose implant removal, as her body previously rejected a Gore-Tex implant. She is currently recovering and experiencing some pain.
