Kate Moss' Cosmoss brand faces potential company dissolution

Kate Moss' wellness brand, Cosmoss, is facing a compulsory strike-off due to overdue accounts. The company, listed as Cosmoss Group Ltd, has not filed its financial statements for 2023, which were due by December 31, 2024. A notice for the strike-off was filed this week, giving the company two months to submit the required accounts. If it fails to do so, it could be removed from the register. Cosmoss, launched in 2022, offers wellness products but has struggled financially, previously reporting debts exceeding £405,000. Most items on its website are currently out of stock.
