Karnal schools' sanitary vending machines are broken, leaving students without hygiene access

Sanitary napkin vending machines in 178 government schools in Karnal are non-functional, leaving students without access to basic hygiene facilities. The machines, installed by private vendors or NGOs, have fallen into disrepair due to lack of maintenance and are not tracked by the education department. A report on the status of these machines has been requested from all schools within ten days to determine further action.
