Jujutsu Kaisen sequel reveals Yuta and Maki died of old age

The first chapter of the new Jujutsu Kaisen sequel, Modulo, has killed off two beloved characters, Yuta and Maki. The sequel, set in 2086, reveals Yuta and Maki married and died of old age, with Yuta passing shortly after Maki. This outcome is described as the "best possible" for the couple, who lived long lives despite the dangerous world of Jujutsu sorcerers.
