JR Motorsports has announced changes to its crew chief lineup for the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Cory Shea will lead the No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro, taking over after a successful run as car chief for the 2024 champions. Jim Pohlman continues as crew chief for the No. 7 Chevrolet with driver Justin Allgaier. Phillip Bell remains with the No. 8 Chevrolet, while Andrew Overstreet will guide rookie Carson Kvapil in the No. 1 Chevrolet. Mardy Lindley will lead rookie Connor Zilisch in the No. 88 Chevrolet. The season begins on February 15 at Daytona International Speedway.
