Josie Gibson: lipoedema diagnosis was a light-bulb moment leading to leg and arm surgery

Josie Gibson has revealed her lipoedema diagnosis was a heartbreaking but clarifying "light-bulb moment" that led her to undergo liposuction surgery. The This Morning presenter, who previously lost significant weight, spent £7,000 on liposuction and later had an arm lift removing 6lb of skin and fat. She said she hated her appearance before the procedures. Gibson has since lost 2.5 stone through surgery, intermittent fasting, and diet. She says more operations are needed, as her legs are "nowhere near completed."
