Joseph Baena wins three bodybuilding titles in his debut competition

Joseph Baena, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, won his first bodybuilding competition, securing victories in three categories. The 28-year-old triumphed in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice, and Men’s Classic Physique Novice divisions at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition. Baena's win follows training with his father, a seven-time Mr. Olympia winner, who shared his "shock the muscles" training philosophy.
