A woman and a toddler died in a three-vehicle collision at a Johor Bahru junction yesterday, with three others severely injured. The accident involved a Perodua Myvi and two Toyota Hilux vehicles. The Myvi driver, a 58-year-old woman, died at the scene, and a one-year-old child later succumbed to injuries at the hospital. Preliminary investigations suggest the Myvi turning right caused the initial collision. The case is under investigation by Seri Alam police.
