Jenrick pledges £100bn savings by copying France's debt costs

Robert Jenrick, Reform UK's Shadow Chancellor, has pledged to cut £100 billion from government spending and borrowing costs if the party wins the next election, using the savings to fund tax relief for workers and entrepreneurs.
