Jalandhar man killed brother over property dispute

A man in Jalandhar is accused of killing his older brother over a property dispute. The incident happened on Monday night in Raipur Rasoolpur village. The police have registered a murder case against the suspect, Manjit Singh. According to police, the victim, 45-year-old Sarabjit Singh, had a heated argument with his brother before the attack. Sarabjit’s wife filed a complaint, stating that Manjit used a sharp weapon during the assault. After the attack, Sarabjit was taken to a local hospital but was declared dead upon arrival. Reports say that Manjit also attacked Sarabjit’s wife, but nearby villagers intervened and helped her. As of now, Manjit Singh has not been arrested. The case is being processed under murder laws.
