Jaisalmer police arrested nine for filming military sites

Nine suspects were arrested in Jaisalmer on Friday for illegally filming military sites and potentially sharing sensitive information, amid heightened tensions with Pakistan. The arrests followed the detention of one individual for allegedly sending confidential information across the border, along with the discovery of suspicious activity near strategically important locations. Authorities are investigating the suspects, who were found filming military movements. The Indian government has prohibited sharing military-related photography or videos. Another person was also arrested in Barmer for similar offenses.
