Jairinho admits to rough play with Henry Borel, denies abuse and torture

Jairinho admitted to playing "bandas" with Henry Borel but denied assaulting or torturing the child. He claimed the practice was a joke known to Henry's mother and family, denying any hidden abuse. The former councilman is accused of qualified homicide, torture, and coercion in the process of Henry's death in March 2021.
