iOS 27 introduces significant upgrades to Apple Notes, including enhanced Siri integration and improved Markdown support. New features allow users to insert divider lines for better organization, and Siri can now seamlessly add information to new or existing notes. Markdown text pasted into Notes is automatically converted to rich text, and text can be copied as Markdown.
