International certification firm alleges rival was built on departing employees and stolen data

An international certification company claims a rival was established by former employees taking confidential client information. Amtivo alleges its competitor, West Assured Solutions, was built on the "wholesale departure" of six senior employees and two contractors who possessed client and pricing knowledge. The High Court granted interim orders against a former employee, Martin Heduvan, to prevent the disclosure or use of Amtivo's confidential information.
