KoBold Metals, a startup specializing in AI-driven mineral exploration, secured $527 million in funding. This investment will enhance its use of generative AI to identify critical metal deposits for batteries and renewable energy. The Roto VR chair, developed with Meta, aims to improve virtual reality experiences by addressing motion sickness. Priced at $799, it is compatible with Meta Quest headsets and will begin shipping in October 2025.
