India launches EOS-09, boosting border surveillance capabilities

India will launch the EOS-09 satellite on May 18, enhancing its border surveillance capabilities. The EOS-09, equipped with advanced radar, will provide high-resolution images regardless of weather, improving surveillance along borders with Pakistan and China. The satellite will also aid in anti-terror operations and coastal monitoring.
