Iguatemi invests R$232 million in Campinas corporate tower to draw 4,000 daily visitors
Iguatemi S.A. will invest R$232.4 million to build a corporate tower next to Iguatemi Campinas shopping mall in São Paulo, aiming to attract 3,500 to 4,000 daily visitors and boost consumer traffic. The Iguatemi Tower, developed with Building Empreendimentos, will have 16 floors, 16,370 square meters of private area, over 550 parking spaces, and is expected to be completed by late 2028. Construction began in July, with noisy work scheduled around mall operating hours. The project follows the successful Sky Galleria tower, which draws 3,000 people daily and had 80% of spaces leased before completion. Iguatemi holds 1.1 million square meters of land reserves and plans to connect the tower to the Casa Figueira planned neighborhood.
